Grant County International Airport serves as a world-class heavy jet training and testing facility many of the largest air carriers in the world including the Boeing Company, Japan Airlines, and the U.S. Military. These carriers and organizations take advantage of the airports unusual size with 4,700 acres and a main runway stretching 13,500 feet in length.
