The R.O.C.K.- Reaching Others for Christ’s Kingdom
OUR MISSION

Becoming a teenager in this day and age is a difficult thing. The R.O.C.K. helps youth find their way through adolescence. The R.O.C.K. is a Bible-based program for Jr. High students with emphasis placed on discipleship, worship, fellowship, evangelism, and serving others in the love of Christ. The goal of the leadership of the R.O.C.K. is to establish teens in the FAITH of CHRIST in order for them to live fruitful lives as Christians, in the good times and in the bad.

1 Timothy 4:12 – Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

Psalm 62:2 – He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I will never be shaken.

The goal of the R.O.C.K. Sunday school as well as the Wednesday night program is to establish the fundamentals of Lordship, the cost of discipleship, absolute truth about the Bible and understanding relationships i.e. authority, respect, purity.

  • “Rooted” is a discipleship small group for Dunamis students
  • Open to all - geared toward those who want to go deeper in their faith
  • Will meet six Sunday evenings at 6PM at the church

Dunamis

Our name comes from Ephesians 3.14-21. Dunamis is the Greek word for supernatural, explosive power and in this passage, God's word repeatedly remind us of the power that we have in Christ - power to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. The mission of our group is to help students develop into life-long disciples of Christ. We gather to fellowship, learn, grow, serve and have fun while doing all of it. Please join us.
